Anyone happy with this version of Nemesis over the AOA?
Marrow looks so good, the X-Men Legends fans keep winning!
I love Husk's tear off piece. Wish she would have got a chrome hand to go with her head.
The only one I don't need at all is Ult. Wolvie, and he doesn't come with a BAF piece, so that's great. Gotta break for lunch. More thoughts later.

This is probably another example of Jesse favoring modern versions.
I am pre-ordering both waves when they go up - love this! I think the BAF is badass.
Honestly - again hews a little more modern than I would absolutely prefer... but it's hard to be mad at it. At least it's a Nightcrawler that can go in my display in a different spot than the other Nightcrawlers I have.
Husk is obviously needed - but I sure hope we get Skin, Mondo and Synch.
X-Factor Cyclops is nice looking, but sure hope we get the rest of the team in X-Factor "big X" costumes
Rounding out more AoA is fine. Can't say I'm familiar with this look for Nemesis/Holocaust - but the figure looks pretty nice.
Another Wolverine was inevitable - but at least it's a costume I don't already have on the shelf somewhere.
Marrow is a nice add - but it does feel like they got her skin tone wrong - unless it was toned down in subsequent appearances I always thought of her as more pinkish/purple - but it looks like she's been depicted all over the place - and I know how this team likes to use the first image they find on google, so...
It's not a wave that bowls me over though.
And, like with the Spider-Man wave, there's not a single bone tossed to fans of the pre-90's content. No Mesmero, no Erik the Red, no Vanisher, no classic outback era Betsy,
Honestly, pretty underwhelmed with the wave, but I am OK with it. I am out of display space & happy to save money.
Def in for AOA Gambit & Husk.
Fabian & Cyclops could happen. I prefer the white and blue X-Factor Cyclops, and not sure I want to start a new team (Acolytes) with so many unmemorable members.
No need for the rest.
Now if Nemesis was 90's AOA, I would have had to pick them all up (minus Wolverine)...

I think the X-Men reveal I'm the most excited about is the jumpsuit Xavier. That is a figure I've wanted for years.

This is a rare BAF wave where I like the wave more than the BAF. The Nemesis figure was a head-scratcher for me -- and I even read that Uncanny X-Force run with him when it came out. That look obviously didn't lead a lasting impression.
Other than that, I like all the other figures besides Ultimate Wolverine. Never got into that continuity but glad for others who look it.
Hope there are some more '70s/'80s/early '90s figures coming. We need to finish classic Excalibur and X-Force and the Outback era before the license ends. Also, would love some more classic villains. Lots more to still do.

He went back to a cowlless version of the costume in the last days with Portacio - Jean had a matching blue and yellow costume, Archangel was in his pink and blue and beast and iceman were just powered up and normal
