Amazon is finally shipping these. Got Chameleon, Unlimited, Flash, and Kaine coming, Electro already arrived.

The lower torso of Electro being altered to accommodate the detailing on the hips but not modified to give her the lower ab hinge is really frustrating and the single reason why I’ll only pick her up if later on clearanced for the nice new power effects.

They did the same with Crystal - just a tiny bit of sculpted detail goes a long way. But I, also, am tired of settling. I opened Francine and then the electric effects were confusing and then I just got bored and haven't touched her since.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the sculpted detail on Crystal's suit. It makes a huge difference, especially on such simple designs. They've gotta get those freakin' boot tops figured out, I'm gonna lose my mind if they keep releasing figures with boot details painted on.

Got an Agent Venom from eBay because I didn’t want to wait until later for Amazon or BBTS. Pretty disappointed that my figure’s arm came off at the bicep to shoulder connection peg immediately out of package.

Got Spider-Man Unlimited today. I didn't watch the cartoon but I'm just a sucker for a fun redesign of Pete's costume and ... I love this figure? I mean the main thing I want from a figure is that they're fun to pose and mess with and he's a LOT of fun. Arguably he should've had one of the newer torsos but I don't really care. He's just a really fun figure in hand, probably my favorite in the wave. (Eh. Maybe Francine's my favorite. She's a hoot.) Still waiting on Flash and Spider-Boy but I don't mind the wave trickling in.

Kaine is really nice too, but for some reason he just doesn't pop the way the Pete figure does, to me. I feel like I should like him more than I do.

Totally agree! I didn’t preorder Spider-Man Unlimited, but he picked him up when I saw him at Target. The figure is really fun. Unique costume with a ton of unique sculpting, and he’s a lot of fun to pose.

Francine Electro came out great! Love the head sculpt and her expression. Her new energy effects are awesome and can work on other figures, too.

For Electro’s effects, there are tiny flexible c-clips on each effect that fit around the figure’s wrists.  The plastic is flexible so it works on Electro but also works on figures with bigger wrists.

Those new electricity effects are cool, but they wilt in minutes.

@akatsuki It's funny, I still haven't seen ten seconds of the cartoon but this Unlimited figure has just sort of taken up permanent residence on my desk. I just fiddled with posing him for a half hour while on a particularly anxiety-inducing work call as something to do with my hands. He's just a really fun figure to mess with, and while I love the base bodies from the Spideys we've been getting the past few years theres' something so cool about the uniqueness to this one.

Unrelated, I completely thought I preordered Spider-Boy but didn't and now I kinda want him. Haven't gotten Flash from Pulse yet but I've seen Spider-Boy in stock on Amazon a few times. Might just pick him up on impulse.

I like my Spider-Boy figure,  though my default setting is the open mouthed head with the crazy fangs showing.   That's so fun and different from a normal Spider-Man mask that I just find it appealing.

I never watched Spider-Man Unlimited back in the day, but I've been letting it run off to the side while working the past week or two. It's definitely not a favorite Spider-Man adaptation - not a big fan of an entire alternate earth populated by humanimals - but it's got some fun moments, and it's pretty cool to see such an out-there Spider-Man adaptation. It's pretty wild that this is what immediately followed the 90's animated series. Either way I'm glad to have the figure though! Cool design.
