Honestly it would be kind of perfect - perhaps the classic Falcon we've been waiting for and an updated classic red Daredevil people seem to really want - as a nod to the old Secret Wars line and how those characters appeared in it despite never being in the comic the line was based on.
Wave 2 could have Spider-Man in his blue and red costume (we know that has to happen), classic costume Cyclops (there seem to be plenty of people who want it), Magneto ( doesn't seem necessary but he's a big name and was in the original line and could improve on the undersized 97 version), Wasp? - they could do a costume they haven't given us before or Volcana - the other new character we need; and then Falcon and Daredevil.
If it were me I might also do a Fan Channel Secret Wars branded 2-pack of She-Hulk in her FF costume and Thing in his black and red leotard - charge $60 for it on-line only and see what happens.
It doesn't have 4 heavy hitters out of the gate like wave 1 - Wolverine, Spidey, Iron Man and Cap - but Spider-Man, Daredevil (he'll have his own show on Disney+ again), Cyclops and Magneto (X-Men 97 may still have some heat). Falcon will also just be coming off a major motion picture release, so really only the female (Wasp or Volcana) would need to be carried by the others...
That's a pretty good lineup! Wouldn't want to give a spot to Magneto, but Daredevil, Falcon, Volcana, Classic Cyke, Wasp or another villain - Constrictor?
@jtmarsh Yeah, I'm not especially hopeful we'll see much in the way of Gen Next, Factor-X, or Madri figures ever, and--at the end of the day--Havok's the biggest hole I think I'd like to see filled, but I would still really, really love Amazon, Cannonball, Husk, and Chamber, and wouldn't turn down Northstar, Aurora, or the Bedlam Brothers. I don't even know if any of the other Gen Next kids even appeared in uniform at any point. The whole run was an undercover suicide mission, so the only reason we saw their uniforms at all was the scrimmage that Husk and Chamber had at the beginning of the first issue, but I would love to get toys of those.

Definitely. It would be nice to get, Angel seems a long shot (was Longshot even in AOA?) so I don't know that the "lesser" characters than him would get made, but I'd love to get him, as I liked his suicide mission to take out the shield on Apocalypse's tower when I was a kid.
Unrelated, I liked your Haslab suggestion for a Modular Phalanx Army builder. I can't tell you how many of those I'd get if they were the timed release DragonMan variety and were the 90s variety. Heck, if they do the sleek black suit Phalanx from the Space Adventure that came later I'd still probably get a few!
Does anyone remember the source of the Fox X-Men figures leak? I don't think it was DMB or rektangular. I feel like it came from the same source where that fake Spiderverse wave (that accidentally got Spider-Man India right) came from, and don't want to get my hopes up.
If I recall correctly, the Fox X-Men were on that original list that Princess Python, Slyde and Hypno Hustler were on.
However, they were also on another list, which I think was from Marvelous News.

For the time being I've been using that FortNite Funk Ops character as Hypno-Hustler in my display.
The Hypno Hustler/Slyde/Princess Python rumor seems like fake information to me... like the kinda news you put out to try to catch a leak.. Especially Hypno Hustler. But the combination of the 3 before characters like Carrion/ Vermin/ Swarm/ Karn/ Shathra/ Calypso/ Carolyn Trainer/ Scorpia/ Big Man/ Rocket Racer / Classic Boomerang/ Cardiac/ Kindred/ Karn/ etc... seemed suspect.
Now could any of those 3 d-list villains get made? But all 3 together, with no big fan want or heavy hitter to spice up that wave? yeah that seems odd to me.
I believe someone in the 2025 general thread asked if we might see something that wasn't revealed in the leak at tomorrow's livestream. I was curious myself so I did a rough count of the leaked figures in this thread. I came up with 153. Hasbro might have one or two more things up their sleeve, but if the list is accurate, I think this is mostly it for 2025.
