I think if people keep asking for it when they get the chance with the Legends team then there's always a possibility. I was really surprised the Maximum Spider-Man didn't introduce it because that seemed like the opportune time. And as you noted, if it does happen it will be sporadic. One set of tools for an all new figure that's not available all of the time for all of the future figures like we've seen with pinless vs non. Hasbro just strikes me as a very slow moving engine and it's hard to get them to make a change that seems small to us on the outside, but on the inside probably takes a lot of convincing, politicking, etc. to get into motion.

Perhaps it's the pliable rubber crotch piece they fear!

It didn’t work for me last night either. Tried to order the Transformers HasLab and it was like, “Nope!”

It's been broken for me for days. Here's the message I've been getting:

"We're sorry that your order could not be placed. This probably happened due to a high order volume or temporary connection errors. Please wait a few minutes and resubmit your order. We won't process your payment until you successfully place your order. If you have further questions, please contact us."

I try to avoid Pulse as much as humanly possible these days for sure.

I did check the site yesterday -  I got some cryptic sale alert and wanted to see what it was referring to -  it was the new Star Wars stuff.   I did see though that they finally just canceled my PulseCon pre-orders that had been in status limbo for ever.     After sending no less than six e-mails, three useless chats with their on-line "help" staff,  and four extremely frustrating calls with their customer service line where they assured me they would sort out the issue -   not only did they never reprocess the order,   they didn't even notify me that they finally canceled the order.    The order status has been listed as "pending" for months -  and sometime over the last several weeks they changed the status to canceled but didn't notify me of the change.    So no Kang Throne or young Vulture for me, alas.

That site is the worst.    I hate it so much and if they didn't occasionally hoard their own site exclusives I would never, ever use it.

@panthercult same. Utterly agreed. I'll even convince myself I'm not that excited for a figure if it's a pulse exclusive.

I just looked at my purchase tracking and I haven't bought anything from Pulse since the "Once a Man" Cobra Commander exclusive back in August. I do have some preorders/Haslab (Dragon Man, Sentinels, and the Rattler) but nothing in stock. They had a sale in that time too which I must have skipped.

I've been renewing Pulse Premium every year because even one good sale with the extra 10% off or a handful of orders with free shipping it comes out ahead. Not sure if that logic will hold when it comes time for renewal in June.

The only current open order I have on Pulse is Dragon Man.     I'm sure they'll eventually get me for something else, but I try to keep as minimal as possible because I hate everything about the Pulse experience.

That's what I got yesterday on the phone app, so I thought I'd try the actual website just now. And I just got the same message again.

Guess they're not interested in my son throwing $300+ dollars at their HasLab. *shrugs*

I hit the same snag on Pulse when I tried to order additional Sentinel sets! I gave up. Didn't realize this was an error multiple people are getting - of course they won't fix it, or update the stupid site that can't read a basic phone number correctly.

I still want the Kang and chair set - but I am not paying full price.

No. EE and BBTS as well, at least.
