So, next year is Daredevil's 60th and so far not a peep of recognition by Hasbro. As a fan from loooooong ago I find it somewhat annoying that he's always been treated like Randy to Spider-Man's Ralphie. He's always simply been included in a Spidey wave but never had one of his own - unless you want to call the recent 3-pack a "wave". It's high time Matthew received his own wave. At least one in honor of 60 years. Who would you want in a DD wave?
My choices:
Daredevil - re-release the 3-pack one with his gloves, belt, boots, holster and insignia in a more distinct shade of red to differentiate from the body of his costume.
Elektra - a re-release of the 3-pack in red.
Gladiator
Owl
Jester
Mr. Fear
Copperhead (I'm a sucker for pulp magazine-type characters with a Shadow vibe).
BAF - Mr. Hyde (Not a bowler wearing, mutton chopped version like the previous baf, but a classic, Inverness cape wearing figure would be awesome).

I'm all in for a DD wave! I love your list and would die if we got 5 brand new classic villains. Modern Daredevil has gotten some love lately so a few other classic possibilities: Stick, Echo, classic Typhoid Mary, Death-Stalker, Bushwacker, Bullet, Ammo, Man-Bull (BAF), and yes...MATADOR. Actually a Matador/Man-Bull 2 pack would be a stroke of brilliance.
I’d fully support an anniversary line for Daredevil. He’s probably my favorite character to read, and his book was always on my pull list while so many other titles got dropped.
I’d take the same list Whitlow posted. Melvin Potter has to be a priority. Owl and Mr Fear are vital. I’d throw in Iron Fist, Black Tarantula, White Tiger, Maleev’s version of Typhoid Mary, though I’d take her classic look too. Maybe a comic accurate Jessica Jones. Id also buy Foggy Nelson and Karen Page and Ben Urich.

ugh, next year? The new show probably isn't coming next year, though he'll appear in Echo (you can blink and miss him in the trailer).

Owl and Mr Fear are basically right there for them to do. Very minimal new parts for either.
Even with being retooled, I still think the Daredevil show will air next year.

Classic Black Widow (they have never captured the classic 70s look yet. They always mess up the hair--girl's got bangs!)

Real obscure for a chance of a figure, but I would love Blindspot from Soule's run
Classic Typhoid Mary, Elektra (3 pack version in red) and Stick plus Gladiator would be cool to (maybe as a BAF)
I would still take a Black Widow with short hair in the grey suit without the bomber jacket (wtf was with the bomber jackets?) for the DD portion of the shelf.

I thought I only wanted DD and Gladiator, but then I saw @whitlow's list and kept being reminded of great characters.
Daredevil's early comics were terrible, but he really had some fun villains. Scarecrow, Matador, Stilt-Man... a real charming rogues gallery.
Ikari would be cool and fairly easy to make.
