I might as well start it off.

This has been done by a few people, which is how I got the idea.

Infected Hush Superman with head/neck and hands from Rebirth Superman and custom soft goods cape.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good message board/forum for customizers? I'm trying to commission a head sculpt, thanks in advance!

I don't think it's super active anymore, but Figure Realm used to be one of the best.

Yeah, you're probably better off searching on Instagram, Etsy or other sites where people sell 3d sculpts like cgtrader.

I love how easy it is to remove overlays from McFarlane figures. I hate how hard it is to remove overlays from McFarlane figures.

eBay sells custom heads.  Perhaps look there first and you may find what you want.

Thank you everyone for the leads! I'm kind of looking for something super-specific: I'm a huge Marshall Rogers Batman fan, so I'd love to get a 3-d print of the Rogers B&W statue head from a few years back painted to match the SDCC exclusive Knightfall Batman. That's basically my all-time favorite Batman look.

Painted the grey model master medium grey plus modified hips for more rotation and to push legs closer.

Pic's grey still not accurate to how it looks in person but you get the idea.

Arkham city batman added magnets for grapnel and painted belt.

Figured I’d revive this thread with a few new customs. The first is a proper Bermejo Batman, with McFarlane page punchers Batman as the base. Full repaint plus added the Bermejo Designer Series head, a custom cape, and sculpted the belt buckle. The bat symbol is from a batarang - eventually I’ll probably remove it and sand it further to make it more flush with the chest.

This one is mostly a kitbash with a little grey paint match on the arms. My ideal Batman. He’s mostly Grayson bats with Knightfall gloves, endless winter belt, DC essentials head and custom cape.
