McFarlane has just revealed re-releases of:
TNBA Fire Armour Batman https://mcfarlane.com/toys/batman-anti-fire-suit-tnba-6in/
Firefly https://mcfarlane.com/toys/firefly-tnba/
The Creeper https://mcfarlane.com/toys/creeper-tnba/
Batman, Joker and Two-Face from the Maxie Zeus wave shipped today. Got Batgirl last week.
If your figures haven't already shipped, check to see if you need to approve a delay. I had to approve Batman this morning before he shipped this afternoon.
I had to approve delays on Monday for Two-Face and Joker, but no shipping here. Still says backordered until the 29th.
All 4 are backordered until the 29th for me. Maxie Zeus is the only one I want anyway. The others will immediately go up loose on ebay. This is the 3rd time that Todd has gotten me on this. It was the same way with the Condiment King and Lockup waves as well. I didn't want a single one of the regular figures in any of those waves, but wanted the BAF.
McFarlane is really penny-pinching with those 3 releases!
No Creeper accessories, Batman and Firefly reuse the same gun.
Could it really be....?!
I notice a distinct lack of cell shading (except on Bruce)
@ineffable_forces I wouldn't count on it. It is the same slide they used at the previous con these were shown at (SDCC, I think), and Jim Fletcher specifically said something at that time about it being photos of the original figures and the cell shading wasn't added yet.
Target shipped my Two-Face over the weekend, only Joker remains on backorder.
EDIT: And today, Joker shipped. I think this is the first time I've had a Target backorder actually convert.
I had to approve another delay on this wave today with Target. Now it's saying they'll ship early November. I truly don't understand how it works with them. I ordered these the second they went up.
Hoping these don't get canceled. I live in NYC and the Targets here are mostly city Targets and have very little in terms of figures.
I got Batgirl in and she's got the same crap cel-shading as everything in the past. I'm convinced McFarlane is going to release these again at some later date as a Black Label Indigo Platinum exclusive only to retailers in Guam and they wont have cel shading on them.
I like the lighter color on Batgirl, but yeah, the cell shading looks like crap. The accessories are even worse, 8 hands and nothing to hold? It just seems that so much of what McFarlane does is arbitrary. Batman’s laser hands from Hardac don’t make a lick of sense either. Maxie Zeus did turn out well, so that is the ultimate point here. Just wish I didn’t need to rebuy a bunch of figures I already have superior versions of.
Anyone heard about a Platinum in this wave? Hoping there isn’t one, or it something I don’t want.

I thought it was supposed to be Yvonne Craig 66 Batgirl colors on Barbara, but I may be thinking of the New Batman Adventures one or something. If there's not one I'm fine with it. I never understood bright yellow Scarecrow, had he come with the bag head or something novel I might've seen the point in it. I think Lightning Batman is his own Platinum version of sorts.
@jtmarsh Yes ‘66 deco Batgirl was the TNBA version released a while ago. Was lucky enough to get that one from EQL.
Why the frak does "lightning strike" Batman (so useless) come with gun hands? And by guns hands I mean "finger guns" but with a sight at the end of the "barrel." It's not a reuse of the robot Joker hands. I don't recall ever seeing this part before. I don't understand why this is included, more so if it's a newly-made part.
