Just recently looked again at what McFarlane is doing with the DC multiverse. This 6-Pack seems like an odd idea after so many Batman releases. People are considering getting this or that new Batman to "replace" an older one and here we have 6 at once that basically look the same on the shelf.
In general I think McFarlane at their price point do better with comic based figures. Things start looking wonky quickly when you dont nail the likeness.
Just a note:
The Inque as Batman Beyond figure is frequently under $10 and comes with multiple things useful for this and other sets.
First off, it comes with 6 hands. 2 style pose, 2 gripping, 2 fists. None of them tiny, slightly but not comically large. Useful for any figure with black hands you want variety with. This set is mostly black hands and mostly fists.
Second, the Batman Beyond figure comes with a flight stand, something Todd has seriously started to skimp on with flying characters. You'll always need extras of these if you're a regular collector.
Third, the figure features one of the longest neck pegs of any McFarlane figure. Used to seeing characters with stubby necks like half of all Superman releases? Replace those with this. Then give the short neck pegs from Superman figures to figures whose neck sits too high like, arguably, the 89 Keaton Batman.
It hit my pile of loot at BBTS. Not sure if I'll ship it just yet, I've only got two items in there...
Looking forward to this set but no idea where I'll put them. My DC collection is mostly an afterthought at this point. It's 90% Batmen now 🤣
Ended up cancelling my pre-order at Amazon last night. The only thing I really want is the Batsignal, and $120 is a steep price to pay for just that, especially with so many other pre-orders looking to hit soon. I'm trying to be more responsible with my money lately (we'll see how successful I am).
I'll wait for the (hopefully inevitable) re-release down the road. Oh, and the Kilmer figure, but as many others have stated, I'd say that's a lock for a single release as well.
If you're just after that Bat-Signal, I can't recommend that die-cast Bat-Signal from Running Press on Amazon enough! It lights up as well and the light is rather intense and strong. Batteries are replaceable. I can only compare to the Bat-Signal from the DCC Animated Series but it's way better than that in my opinion.
Edit: when you get it off Amazon, make sure it's not the 'mini edition'. There are 2 sizes.
Here's a comparison video I found on YouTube:

This is a copy-paste of my exact reasoning for canceling as well.
Man I'm mad that I canceled my Amazon order for 6 pack because I ordered from gamestop on September 25 thinking it would ship, now it says awaiting product while others who ordered from gamestop on the 26 and got theirs already
My Amazon preorder has been pushed back at least 7 times now. It's now estimated for November, so don't feel bad about your delayed GameStop order.
Holy crap, my 6 pack actually shipped from Amazon! I got another shipping estimate update email, which I just assumed was pushing back again. I'm still pretty excited for this one!
Looks like mine is ready to ship as well after 14 delay emails. Saw the pending charge. Hope to receive it before the 25th (delay estimate).
Mine has FINALLY shipped as well. Should be here Monday.
I don't have any of these movie Batman figures from Todd, so I'm looking forward to them all.
I wonder how many - if any - of these sculpts will make their way into stores as part of regular waves.
Is the Clooney Bats from this pack the exactly same one that was just put out in the regular Batman & Robin movie wave?
I hope to see Kilmer's shiny Sonar Batman in stores, maybe even with more silvery shine. His is one of the best alternative Batman costumes.
Yeah, Clooney is the same, but with a rubber cape and, to my eye, a slightly improved face print in terms of tone and crispness.
As for Kilmer, my theory has always been he starts with the 4th movie, then walks it backwards, because if you open with Pfeiffer and DeVito, most vocal nerds would tell you that was all they wanted. Instead, we are all geeked about the execution (and it's awesome) of the B&R wave, hypothesizing what Forever could be and if you'll get a Shiny Sonar Batman solo.
In an ideal world he walks it backwards all the way to 89, but Nicholson's Joker is always a stumbling block for licensing, isn't it?
I’m hoping the Batman & Robin wave means we’re getting a Batman Forever wave. I’m pretty sure Clooney is just a straight repack with a plastic cape.
