Today we take a look at a custom modification kit for your Masters of the Universe Classics Extendar figure by customizer extraordinaire Orsogranito! This kit allows Masters fans to transform their existing Extendar figure into a more mini-comics-inspired version.
Kit Contents
The kit includes a new head sculpt, a huge broadsword, and a neck extension piece.
The pieces of this kit plug into the existing Extendar figure with zero customization skill required.
Sculpt
Orsogranito did a great job matching Extendar’s more aggressive facial design as depicted in the mini-comic, “The Warrior Robot!”.
The design has more angry-looking eyes that actually show through the slits in the face guard on the armor nicely.
Also, the gold rivets on the forehead look cool peaking over the top of the face guard.
The sword is pretty huge, which allows Extendar to actually wield it in a two-handed grip. It’s a nice, classic-looking sword design.
Paint
Orsogranito always knocks it out with paint work and this figure is no exception. The metallics are nice and the details are sharp.
Overall
I love this kit. Any way to get more mini-comics stuff into MOTUC is much appreciated, and a giant sword is a great addition to this knight-themed character. I also enjoy the ease of adding the pieces to the figure. Check out Orsogranito on Facebook for ordering information.
