Time to back the Marvel Legends Galactus!

From the depths of the Marvel Cosmos, one of the most iconic characters in comic book history has arrived as the next Marvel Legends HasLab project. Galactus is a truly out-of-this-world figure in and out of the Marvel Universe, and here you will have a chance to help bring him to life.
Hasbro Pulse invites you to join us in bringing the Great Devourer to our world, with all the features and detailing you know and love from the Marvel Legends Series. At a staggering 32” tall and covered in intricate LED-enhanced detail, he’s the largest and most complex Marvel Legends figure ever:
- 32-inch (812.8 mm) Galactus figure
- +300 pieces and +70 points of articulation!
- 20 points of articulation in each hand!
- LEDs in the head and chest (4x AAA batteries required, not included)
- 3 swappable face-plate accessories for alternate expression

Maybe one of the stretch goals will be the skull of Galactus used for the Asgard remodel after Thor killed him, lol.
Oh, but what if one of the stretch goals ended up being herald figures? Like a Firelord figure and the herald version of Thor? Maybe the Frankie Rae Nova?
For that price, he should come with an exclusive in scale Silver Surfer at the least.

I’m gonna need to see the stretch goals before I commit.
Yeah, I’m not inclined to invest in HasLabs because I just don’t have the room, but this Galactus is tiiiiight. Damn, I’m gonna need to clear some space if I decide to get one. 14,000 seems like a lot for a $400 (+ tax and shipping) figure that isn’t an obvious army builder, but I don’t know squat. It’s really really nice tho…
I am thrilled with this. My brain wanted to bounce out of its skull. I will definitely get this. Like The Dude’s rug, it will really tie the room together.
I’m probably alone in this but I was hoping this Haslab was not Galactus because they are going to give him a bunch of heralds as unlockable goals and thats going to be hard to pass on. What if they do something crazy like add in ROM? Or Tyrant? maybe if they keep to people like Airwalker and maybe even Firelord I can pass. I’m happy with my Toybiz Galactus and yes this one looks great but size isn’t everything……or so I have been told…..
Finally, I can drive solo in the carpool lane.
Probably will save up to buy him since it’s a very well-made-looking figure and definitely will have its place in figure collection history. And will most certainly be regret fuel if you pass on him now and try to get him in the aftermarket later on.
But I hope they steer away from these giant figures in the future with HasLab. Do some vehicles, or playsets and the like. Things that supplement collections instead of straight adding to them.
Totally understand them going for the big boys though. Much easier to just make big characters that people really want, regardless of their collection status. I imagine there will be people who don’t even really collect ML who want to get in on a huge, light-up, posable Galactus; plus $400 is chump change for larger scale and statue collectors. On the other hand, vehicles and playsets are scale/collection dependent and probably get them only a fraction of the sales, unless they make them really affordable.
Somehow as soon as I saw this I knew Robo was going to hit us with “He’s laaaaaaarge”
