NECA is treating us to another #TurtleTuesday, this time with images of the first TMNT cartoon set coming to Target in 2021 – The Rat King and Vernon!
We have seen a few of these before, but most of them are new. Vernon is quite expressive and looks to be a solid addition to the line. Rat King is beautifully hideous and is here to brainwash you into stealing some cheese.
