Well, that didn’t take long.
I mean, we knew the full solicitation would be coming, but the S.H. Figuarts Hulk is already up and ready to order!
An odd choice right out of the gate, I think Hulk’s more casual wear would have been a better look, but I guess this is okay. As forum user Amazing_Spider-Man pointed out, they seem to be working off this concept art for all of these initial releases.
At least it’s nicely articulated, and I really dig the proportions.
Hulk includes a couple of sets of hands, open and fisted.
And a couple of heads, looking forward and… looking left.

I’m not a fan of this and even less so when it doesn’t quite work. Scroll back up to the action shots with the eyes left head. They look more cross-eyed than anything.

That’s on top of the likeness mostly being there but inside the wrong head, at least from what I remember seeing in the movie. You know what I mean? It’s like an earlier version of Hulk in the hair and forehead department with Ruffalo’s face shoved in the middle. And then there is the whole “Yup, action, but bored doing it.”

The alternate head really should have been something more with more emotion. Any emotion. Joy. Sarcasm. Confusion. Anger. Stress. Intense concentration. Something.
The figure stands at about 7.5 inches tall, so hell be a hulking (teehee) heap of plastic in the display like previous versions.
But it is a Soul Web exclusive, so you’ll have to go to third party sites or wait for a Bluefin release, if that’s in the cards. Nippon-yasan already has it up for pre-order for $85.
