Some interesting Amazon listings may have just spilled the beans on a couple of characters in the next Spider-Man Legends wave, including the Build-A-Figure.
Now I’m not one to pay much attention to leaked lists. Yeah, they are fun but they can build too much excitement or disappointment for something that may or may not happen. It’s to be taken with a grain of salt until official announcements and reveals are made but things can snowball. Whispers become hope, hope becomes belief. Only to have the rug pulled out.

Listings for both Doc Ock and Elektra were sniffed out by people way more tech-savvy than I, and the descriptions are revealing. First of all, are Ock’s “4 accessories” his arms? Elektra is listed with two and I can only assume those are sai.
And yes, I realize that I myself am speculating based on a few words and no pictures. I’m only human!
But the newsiest (which I thought was a word I was being clever by making up, but apparently is a really real word) news of all, the listed BaF is SP//dr.
Everyone knows I’m behind in my comic reading by several years, so I have no clue who this is or how she fits into the Marvel Universe. I only know she appears in Spider-verse. But to me, that’s the best kind of toys. Visually interesting, potentially toyetic, makes me want to learn more.
The problem that comes into play is that the rumor was for Kingpin. Which I actually do want, and I know a lot of other people did also. So I’m seeing lots of frown faces around the community. It’s okay, with Fisk supposedly showing up in the next season of Daredevil we’re sure to see him sooner rather than later.
For those keeping score, the original leak/rumor list was Cloak, Dagger, Daredevil, Scarlet Spider, House of M Spider-Man, Doc Ock, and Elektra. All already have DPCIs so they were all pretty much confirmed. These two listings just add to the validity.
