This week we tackle the topic of “Boy Toys” and “Girl Toys”. At a time in which every social indicator seems to be moving away from these sort of ham-handed labels, the Toy Industry Association’s TOTY Awards still has categories for “Boy Toy of the Year” and “Girl Toy of the Year”. We discuss.
We also take a moment to give some geek-centric thanks, as well as touch on some things new this week, including DCC’s DC Icons figures, and the Netflix Marvel series, Jessica Jones.
