Hagop is on the floor at the Hasbro party, and low and behold they reveal the rest of the Marvel Legends Red Onslaught wave. And an X-Man? Holy…
The Red Onslaught wave consists of the figures we saw at SDCC ’15: Captain America, Mockingbird, Taskmaster, and BAF Red Onslaught. The rest of the wave will be Cottonmouth, Whirlwind, Sharon Carter, and Scourge of the Underworld. Wow, some good classic and kind of obscure stuff.
The big surprise, at least for me, is Rogue. I’m not a huge Jim Lee fan but even that doesn’t stop me from thinking that is the iconic Rogue. Plus, an X-man character amidst all the talk of “No X-men mechandise.”
Rogue is not in the Red Onslaught wave, she will be in the wave after that. Which will also happen to contain a proper Onslaught head for the BAF.
Bam, Hasbro has hit the ground running again. Awesome stuff.
