Once founder and leader of the Legion of Substitute Heroes, Polar Boy finally became a Legionnaire after being rejected in the past. He has the power to create intense cold and use ice as a weapon.
Matter Eater Lad
Tenzil Kem has the ability to eat and digest any type of matter at super-speed, hence the name: Matter Eater Lad.
Tellus
Tellus is one of the oddest Legionnaires who possess telekinetic and telepathic powers.
