This week’s featured custom is Lucid Silverback’s Dormammu:
Somebody managed to smuggle some apoxie sculpt to our resident sentient Gorilla and thankfully, the Gorilla can sculpt! Dormy here is a figure I’ve been wanting to see in the legends line for a long while, so I love to see customizers take a shot at him. The Dread one poses some tough design challenges for the customizer and I think Lucid has the right take on representing the Ditko drawing in 3-d. The beautiful headsculpt is coupled with a clean graphic paintjob that gives the whole thing a great ‘panel coming to life’ feel.
