They look great, but where are the ladies, Hasbro?!

Happy for Fleabag, but I want Willie and (can I be greedy) more Marion variants!
Right? I want her in the white dress. I also want Willie in her Obi-Wan dress, her cerimonial gown and the pants and white blouse. Elsa in her tailleur with her hair down and with her hair up in the black and white uniform of the end of the movie.
I think we're getting Elsa in her final look:

But, like you, I'd buy every variant they release of any of the ladies!
Most of the costumes for Indy female characters are hard to be done in action figure form but Elsa's final one is perfect. Can't wait to see her.

That being sad, I still want them all Hasbro, don't get me wrong.

Definitely get the impression they're taking advantage of re-use elements while the tools are in place/action here, considering some of the choices of so many Indys in quick succession.
Professor Indy and Temple/tux Indy presumably have the same legs/feet (possibly even upper halves, haven't looked closely), as well as heads. And Temple/hypnotised, Temple/bridge and, theoretically, even Destiny Indy probably share lower halves with main Raiders Indy, too. Hypnotised Indy likely has the same head without the hat as the other two with a slight paint variation, whereas Bridge Indy'll get the initial hatted Indy head. (New head for Destiny, of course, hopefully.) Destiny and Raiders Indy might share torsos, too.

Henry Sr could likely just be the Professor Indy body.

Financially sensible, the way they're going about it, if not ideal. And I still want them all, personally (even the proper Last Crusade library Indy instead of making do with Professor Indy- who should include glasses)-but I'm massively into this franchise and it's already a LOT of Indys at once for most, definitely.

Completely echo the hopes for every variant of the ladies (want them even moreso than villains and army builders, which I admit is probably weird).

Some odd choices for some so far, then. I'm more than fine with them all as long as the others arrive, but we're ploughing through the 25 now without knowing if they *will* get to them, so I'll admit it's a concern.
One thing I thought this line had in it's favour over the Ghostbusters line is the current Covid situation. That line was completely usurped by the start and absolute height of the Pandemic impacting everything about it (kinda like the McFarlane Dune situation).
But one thing against this line is inflation and the cost of living crisis (particularly in the UK).
Be interesting to see how that works out- but theoretically, the current situation seems much, much worse for sales overall- so, particularly as a new line, they're gonna need to do what they can to stop the prices of these escalating and avoiding the dumps of masses of product all at once that have led to such a surplus of unsold stock everywhere lately.

(As much as Indy's in my top 5 loved properties- never been into the 'retro' figures. Got the Indy on order for the novelty, but won't be stepping further into that line having seen it. No desire, no need, glad for those into 'em.)

I definitely want that Showgirl dress version of Willie since we're already getting the tuxedo Indy. It's such a colorful outfit and it's never been made in any form that I'm aware of, so it would be cool.

I also wouldn't say no to Marion in the Well of the Souls dress, but mainly cause of the nostalgia factor of having the "first four" of the old Kenner figures in 6 inch form. Of course that means we need a Cairo Swordsman, too. I figured he was a no-brainer, but maybe they passed on him this time since his previous figures weren't exactly hot sellers.

I personally don't need an Elsa figure, but man....that Alison Doody was an absolute smoke-show in Last Crusade, wasn't she??

Only Lego released Willy in her Showgirl dress in the Shanghai Chase set (7682).

Given that nearly every other Hasbro-brand preorder I've made has shipped months ahead of the release date, I'm really hoping to see Indy and Toht in a few weeks...

They're probably going to start being found in stores in a few weeks and still no preorders for the rest of wave one...

I was mistaken.....not only Lego but Hasbro also released this in 2008:

Still no "realistic" action figure ever made that I'm aware of.

It's weird that pre-orders for the rest of the wave hasn't gone up.

I wonder if they’ll just go up for sale when they’re available like the D&D movie line. It seems like that line has an assortment of the crew, but then Chris Pine is a case by himself, so I wonder if Indy will follow suit. Solid Indy cases, then mixed cases of the others.

I guess we could see soon, since Hobbybase in Hong Kong has them stocked. Hoping that means we’ll see them before April.

It wouldn't surprise me if that's the case.

It doesn't help that this line is basically being handled by the Black Series team, they definitely aren't my favorite team over at Hasbro.

They're good designers, but idk why they're having so much trouble these past few years, they're pricing things aggressively and having a hard time actually getting product to people. If they don't fix things soon, they'll drive all their lines to the ground.

pricing is absolutely an issue but i think theyve done a better job recently of getting product out. i feel like there was a 3 year period or so where i almost never saw new black series on shelves. I have at least seen more of the stuff theyre putting out lately. maybe thats just my area tho
