Well hopefully you will be annoyed to the extent that you won’t perpetuate this stupid line of elitist collecting thought that seems rampant. You don’t like it, sell to the suckers while there’s time.
What about the Mummy/Pharaoh figure that’s in the line-up at the top ?
…I feeeeeeeeel like the joy from collecting should come from being pleased by what you have; not by what other people don’t. That starts to dance around schadenfreude, for my money.
Also, just from an economic sense, the more people are collecting a given line (and, in turn, able to easily access those things they collect), the better that collectibles company does and, in turn, can produce more things you’ll want to collect.
Super7 doing what no one asked for and re-releasing the TMNT figures. Why do I go thru the stress and effort to get them at the beginning when they lie to our faces and say “This is the only run and all we’re making”??? It really makes collecting these expensive things not worth it. I pay a premium to get what everyone else doesn’t have. If everyone can have it then it kills the joy of collecting.
