The Walmart exclusive Marvel Legends Avengers: Endgame Captain America is already trickling out at various locations but more official promotional images are never a bad thing!
Unless you can’t get out there to hunt or your local store is terrible with distribution and new images just remind you that it may be a while before you get to feel patriotic plastic in your grubby mitts. GAAAAAAH!
In case you’ve missed pictures from people who have found this, Thor’s hammer is hidden behind the shield in the package. I’m guessing Hasbro was avoiding spoiling anything, in case pics or the figure leaked early. Actually, I’m impressed how well they kept this one under wraps until it actually started hitting Walmarts. It’s nice to be surprised sometimes.
I…think I actually prefer it.
Anyway, since I don’t have the figure in-hand yet, it’s hard to tell if there is reuse or not. I’m hearing there is, there isn’t, you’re wrong, “um, actually, based on blah blah.” I’m okay if there is reuse, especially if it’s the Infinity War Cap with the bigger proportions. The chest scales look to need a drybrush of a slightly lighter blue though. And with that hammer, the shield needs some busting up. And then Steve’s face could use some wear and tear.
I don’t even have it yet and I’m planning tweaks. Sheesh.
I’m just ready to get out there and find one. And Walmart, it would be nice if you could list it on your website and then actually ship it without any fuss or muss or multiple card charges. Cool? Cool. “Um, actually, exclusives are meant to push foot traffic into the brick and mortar stores and….” SHUT UP AND GIMME MY CAP!
