FANTASTIC NEWS! I wished that Mattel had let NECA continue the brilliant 2000x MOTU range too.
I would bet dollars to donuts that one of the conditions of the license is that there will never be a full reproduction (accessories and/or heads only) of any of the Subscriber Incentive figures, including Shadow Weaver (and I feel like there was an answer in one of the Q&As where they mentioned that once those figures were designated as subscriber-only they legally couldn’t do a second run/release unless there were significant changes to the sculpt, but I don’t know if I’m remembering right). If anything happens with her, it’ll probably be a whole new sculpt.
